Q: Is your website secure for ordering?
A: Absolutely! My shopping
cart takes your information and sends it via an encrypted file to PayPal,
which then securely processes your payment.
Q: What forms of
payment do you accept?
A: You can pay with a credit
card, or via a direct transfer from your bank account, if you have a PayPal
account set up. Your card is charged at the time of purchase.
Q: Do I need to have a PayPal account?
A: Nope! After you finish
placing items in your cart, you will be taken to the PayPal website for
final checkout. There, you will have an option to either use your existing
PayPal account, or to simply enter a credit card. You will also be able
to create a free PayPal account, but you absolutely do NOT have to do
this in order to place an order from eeni-ren designs.
Q: Can I buy the same item more than once?
A: All of my jewelry is either one-of-a-kind, or limited-edition. This means that there only exist one or a small number of actual items for each picture. The cart software I am using will
let you enter multiple quantities, but please do not add an item more than once. If you would like to inquire about multiple similar items, please drop me a line and I
will do my best to accommodate you.
Q:
What happens if the item I order has already sold?
A: I aim to keep my website as up to date as possible. On rare occasion, it may happen that an item which you order has already been sold. If that ever happens, I will contact you directly and let you know whether I would be able to re-create a very similar item, and let you know how long that would take (usually not more than an extra week to ten days). If this is not ok with you, or if I am not able to create a similar item, I will issue you a complete and immediate refund.
Q: What type of confirmation will I receive for my order?
A: You will receive two
confirmation emails soon after you place your order. One is directly from
Paypal, confirming your payment. The other is from my shopping cart, with
a more detailed list of the items you purchased.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All of my jewelry is
hand-made with the greatest of care. If by any chance you are not fully
satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original
condition within 14 days of purchase, along with confirmation of purchase,
for an online-store credit. Please be sure to include the original packaging
and wrap the item(s) securely.
Q: Do you charge tax?
A: As a business, I am required
to add 7% tax to all orders from residents of the state of Pennsylvania.
This will be automatically added in your shopping cart.

How will my order be shipped?
A: I ship all of my jewelry
in designer cotton-lined boxes. All U.S. orders go out within 2-5 business
days and are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. The charge for shipping
within the U.S. is $4, but you can get free shipping with your order
of $50 or more.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

What's your site privacy policy?
A: I will never, ever, sell
or in any way share your personal information with anyone. Period. Should
you choose to join my mailing list, I will only use your information to
send you infrequent mailings with updated product and event information
- and exclusive discounts. You will, of course, be able to unsubscribe
at any time, should you choose.
Q:
How do I care for my jewelry?
A: I recommend you store
your een-ren jewelry in airtight space, such as a jewelry box, or the
box in which I ship. Most of my jewelry includes sterling silver as a
component, and silver will naturally oxidize (blacken) when exposed to
air. Sometimes, this can look very appealing; but if you prefer your silver
to be shiny, simply use a silver polishing cloth. Avoid immersing your
jewelry in water, or explosing it to chemicals, as these could damage
the natural stones and pearls.

Can I host a jewelry party outside the Pittsburgh area?
A: Contact me if you would like
to host a jewelry party in another location. I may be able to accommodate you.
